The Sales Price / Loan Balance graphic projects the sales price and
loan balance data 10 years into the future based on investor
assumptions. The difference between the Sales Price graphic and the
Loan Balance graphic for any year equals the investor's equity in
the property. The sales price value for each year is based on
the investor's assumption for appreciation growth. The On
Target software allows for the entry of up to 3 loans on a property.
The loan balance value is the total balance of all loans on the
property.
Note:
The Sales Price / Loan Balance graphic can be displayed and printed in
2D Line, 2D Column, 2D Cylinder, 2D Area, 3D Column, 3D Cylinder and
3D Area format.
